In our Consultation Document released in November 2009, we stated that we would publish all formal written responses to our Statutory Consultation. 

All the responses that we have received, except those where we have been asked to maintain confidentiality, are being published on this page.  After reflecting on these responses, we will publish our Decision Statement on this website in March 2010.
