Performance Indicators 2009

The 2009 performance indicator results for associations are now available, together with a range of extra information and comparisons with the 2008 and 2007 results. The information provides performance indicators (PIs) for landlords over three years and will allow you to view trends in a landlord’s performance and compare individual landlord results to the national performance level.

There are a number of Excel files available which contain a range of information. You should read the Guide to the Performance Indicator Tables first, which explains what each table contains. You can access the information through the PI data page, which provides a brief summary of the information available and links to the files.

As well as the information, we have produced a summary of the National PI Headlines results, with information about trends and comparisons with previous years and sub-sector performance issues where they are significant.

For local authority (LA) information, you can use the interactive LA tables on the RSR website. As well as this, our web portal can be used to compare the performance of landlords at a local level.

You can find a summary list of the PIs for 2007 to 2009 in the PI List, and the details of the housing associations included in the PI information are available in the attributes file, both of which are available through the PI data page.
