Welcome to the Tenant Excellence Fund. The purpose of the fund is to identify and share best practice in the social housing sector, with the aim of improving landlords’ aspirations and performance for the benefit of tenants. Use of the fund will enable the TSA to:
- Identify excellent practice and innovation in the sector
- Actively share these better ways of operating with all landlords
- Raise performance standards
- Encourage future innovation
The TSA administers the fund in strategic areas, relevant to its own goals, and the issues of the day.
