Welcome to the section of our website where you can see how your landlord is performing and compare it to other housing associations in the area.

You can search by area, services offered (for example supported housing) or by the landlord's name.

We have relied on landlords to supply us with complete and accurate information. If you are a landlord, you must tell us about any changes to the details we hold about you on our register of social landlords – you can do this either through the online registry system or in writing. We will update this website every week with any changes. Performance information comes from information taken from the Regulatory Statistical Return, which is a yearly form that each provider fills in by 31 March. We will update performance information every autumn. We will make our regulatory judgements of registered providers available here as soon as they are published on our main website.
