Who we are
Our goal is to raise the standards of services for affordable-housing tenants. Here you can find out how we’re going to make this happen, and when.
The board, meetings and committees
This section contains detailed information about board members, meetings which are open to the public, agendas, papers and committees.
What to do if you're not happy with our service
We aim to provide the best possible service, but if you need to make a complaint this section will tell you how to go about this.
Our role
We, the Tenant Services Authority, were set up as a result of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008. The act increases our powers over how social housing is regulated. Here you can find out more about our new powers.
Value for money
We’re committed to providing value for money. Find out how we’re helping landlords to save money and how we’re cutting the amount we spend.
Transparency
We’re open about the decisions we take and the money we spend. In this section, you can find details of what we publish to meet this aim.
Our name
We were established under the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 under the formal name of The Office for Tenants and Social Landlords and under that act we are referred to as 'the Regulator of Social Housing'. You may come across this formal name in more formal legal documents, but we usually call ourselves 'the Tenant Services Authority' and use this or 'TSA' as our trading name.
Our Annual report and accounts is now available. We have also published more information about us, as well as our environmental policy.
