If you are a local authority or Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) tenant group, you have a legal ‘right to manage’ and will be eligible for a tenant management grant. If your group has incorporated status (if it is registered as a ‘Company Limited by Guarantee’ or as an ‘Industrial and Provident Society’) we will pay the grant directly to your group. We will then discuss the formal monitoring and reporting arrangements for the grant with you.
