Right-to-manage grants

If you are a local authority or Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) tenant group, you have a legal ‘right to manage’ and will be eligible for a tenant management grant.  If your group has incorporated status (if it is registered as a ‘Company Limited by Guarantee’ or as an ‘Industrial and Provident Society’) we will pay the grant directly to your group.  We will then discuss the formal monitoring and reporting arrangements for the grant with you.  If your group doesn’t have incorporated status we will pay the grant directly to your lead advisor (if they are eligible).  Click here to find out more about working with a Lead Advisor.
