We get to know so many people over the phone and by e-mail, but don’t always meet in person.  Here’s a bit more about our team, so that when we speak you can put a face to the voice.

 Barbara Nash, Programme Manager
I have overall responsibility for providing the Tenant Empowerment Programme.  I am interested in feedback from tenants who have benefited from the TEP, whether this was through a training course, a conference or a developing tenant management organisation. Your feedback will help us plan our future work.

 Linda Higgs, Programme Co-ordinator
I monitor and organise the TEP’s grant programme and am the main point of contact for incorporated groups and lead advisors.

 Jane Elsom, Programme Administrative Officer
I am the main point of contact between the TEP team and our stakeholders (tenants, landlords, lead advisors, and regional and national tenant bodies).  Any e-mails you send to tenantempowerment@tsa.gsx.gov.uk will also come to me.
