Co-regulation: what does the TSA really mean? How should you respond?
From April 2010 the new TSA regime kicks in. That’s when providers must work out with tenants how to meet the outcome-based national standards and agree local standards over and above these. There will be no safety net of authorised national codes of guidance to tell you what to do. Penalties for failure are wider than before. The TSA can launch investigations and inspections of providers and even stop poor landlords from managing tenanted homes. HQN will hold an event about how you raise standards, meet the new regulatory requirements and save money.
