The TSA will be participating in a keynote bebate on Tuesday 2 March 2010 from 2.15pm – 3.30pm.  The session will be entitled ‘This House Believes… You can’t have effective local delivery without effective national measurements’.  Discussion will focus on the Local Framework and standards.
