The statutory consultation paper will be based on what tenants, landlords and stakeholders have told us so far this year. We received over 700 written responses to the discussion document we published in June, including responses to supplementary papers on governance and viability standards.

We are now publishing more than 300 of these responses. We have broken them down as follows:

• responses to the full discussion paper (all topics)
• responses to the governance discussion paper
• responses to the viability discussion paper 

These written responses were supported by feedback from 37 regional events hosted or attended by TSA, and discussions with the TSA’s key stakeholders. Additionally, many landlords and groups of tenants held their own Local Conversations, and sent us their comments.
