All TSA produced material is the copyright of the Tenant Services Authority unless stated otherwise, and usual copyright restrictions apply. Under copyright, if any person uses TSA copyright material the source of the material must be quoted and its copyright status acknowledged. Material produced by any other organisation is the copyright of the organisation which produced it, unless stated otherwise.

The supply of documents under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 does not give the person or organisation who receives them an automatic right to re-use the documents in a way that could infringe copyright, for example, by making multiple copies, or publishing and issuing copies to the public.
