Improving the NROSH service

Back in June we let you know that Communities and Local Government and the Tenant Services Authority were working to secure the provision of an improved NROSH service.

We are now pleased to announce that from 1 April 2010, RM Data Solutions Ltd will be providing all technical services and helpdesk functions for NROSH.

The service will include a new-look website, all the technical aspects of NROSH and the data submission functions and all helpdesk functions for both registered social landlords and local authorities.

The new service will improve on the functionality of the existing established NROSH service . Amongst other improvements, the new system will allow data suppliers to submit compressed files for faster data uploads and provide an interactive validation tool allowing you to view all your submitted data and validations at a property level. We’re working hard to ensure that during the transition period there will be no break in the NROSH service and you should continue to submit data in the usual way until advised otherwise. We’ll send more information about the new service before April so please check your emails and keep visiting our website for the most up-to-date information.

To guarantee that you receive all NROSH updates regarding the new NROSH service, please make sure that your contact details are correct. Please log in to the RSR site and complete the HA Data Support proforma.
