We’ve published the new regulatory framework that social housing providers have to meet from April 2010. At its heart are six standards, and against each of these, we have described the outcomes landlords should meet and our specific expectations of them.
We have developed the regulatory framework in collaboration with tenants, local authorities, housing associations and our many other partners.
We are open and transparent about the money we spend and we publish details regularly.
